Hi, I’m Eric Berkman. I’m a marketing and executive leader with 20+ years across corporate, startup, entrepreneurial, and consulting roles. I’ve led GTM, strategy, brand, analytics, and digital transformations inside major banking, insurance, and healthcare organizations, and I’ve built early-stage growth engines for SaaS and tech-enabled services companies.

My leadership has driven over $3B in attributable sales, largely by architecting the narratives, capabilities, and GTM systems companies need to grow. I focus on creating clarity, strengthening demand, and building marketing engines that scale.

I’m currently exploring the right Executive Leadership role while also supporting select organizations through Fractional CMO and strategic advisory work.

I bring over 20 years of experience leading marketing, growth, and GTM at scale across banking, insurance, healthcare, SaaS, and technology-enabled services. I operate as a senior business leader first, aligning marketing strategy to company goals, customer needs, and long-term value creation.

I build the underlying systems that make growth repeatable. This includes GTM architecture, demand engines, lifecycle frameworks, digital foundations, analytics infrastructure, and operating models that connect teams and channels. My focus is turning complexity into structure and building marketing capabilities that scale with the business.

I am analytically grounded by training and instinct. I lead with data, truth, and insight, using analytics to inform strategy, challenge assumptions, and drive better decisions. I believe clarity comes from connecting data across systems and translating it into insight leaders can act on.
